Nina Maria Figueiredo

Nina is a HR professional passionate about building multicultural workplaces where people can be themselves, grow, and thrive. In recent years, she has built and facilitated programs and initiatives with people at the center. Psychological safety is a topic Nina has delivered sessions on for employees and leaders. She has an interest in mentoring and is a Psychologist with an MPhil in Culture and Sustainability awarded by the University of Oslo.
