Learn how Eficode and NVIDIA work together to provide enterprises worldwide with a clear, valuable, and actionable roadmap for GenAI adoption.
At Eficode, we’re excited about our partnership with NVIDIA to facilitate the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) among enterprises. In this blog post, I’d like to share why your organization should look forward to this collaboration between our expertise and NVIDIA’s capabilities.
Technology has become a reality; adoption is just beginning
The current trend of AI adoption is no longer just about training large language models (LLMs); it’s about recognizing the immense value these technologies can bring to businesses and, ultimately, to consumers. I’ve seen how DeepSeek has recently made headlines on NASDAQ, impacting the so-called “magnificent seven” tech companies.
However, I believe the real value creation will come from the practical adoption of LLMs, which essentially act as interpreters between human and machine language. In essence, they’re straightforward tools—nothing overly complex. For most organizations, the real effort lies in developing IT systems that effectively support these interpreters.
So, what should we do as part of the IT industry to effectively adopt and utilize GenAI capabilities?
Looking ahead to 2025, I see a significant gap: Only about 1-10% of professionals in IT and software industries will understand retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods and how to implement them effectively. We’ve encountered many insecure and unsuccessful “customer support” chatbot implementations due to organizations lacking the knowledge to develop and operate GenAI systems. Many enterprises start on the wrong foot, purchasing solutions for immediate production use without laying the proper groundwork.
I firmly believe that the solution is to begin with internal research and development (R&D) and IT processes, creating a safe environment for experimentation and integrating AI systems. This approach allows us to teach our staff how to embrace this technology effectively.
Why adopting GenAI through DevOps is a road to success
So, how can we build this capability within our organizations? This is where DevOps comes into play. Adopting GenAI-driven assistants, workflows, and agents fundamentally involves a DevOps transformation.
Just as we humans use context to infer and predict appropriate responses, LLMs generate the most likely outputs based on the context given and the training data they’ve absorbed. From a process perspective, I believe we must treat them in a similar manner. It’s crucial to provide a “DevOps safety net” environment where humans and AI agents can safely scale and collaborate, leveraging the best of both worlds.
As I work with DevOps transformations daily, I see how we encourage our customers to adopt cutting-edge technologies to succeed in an increasingly competitive market where GenAI is gaining traction.
We face a significant challenge: For the adoption of GenAI to be successful, LLMs need the necessary infrastructure to function and access corporate data. People who have navigated CRM or ERP migrations know the difficulty of consolidating data into a “single system.” Instead of connecting all these data sources to a single LLM service, we need to deploy LLM inference capabilities closer to where the data resides while adhering to corporate policies.
This is where NVIDIA becomes instrumental. Building these new GenAI IT systems necessitates “liquid” and “on-demand” inference capabilities wherever needed—in the public, private, or edge cloud. We must construct a scalable system optimized for operation wherever necessary to overcome this challenge. Without an end-to-end solution, from GPUs to chatbots, we risk facing IT lifecycle challenges and fragmented toolchain issues.
DevOps in 2025 is going to be awesome
By combining Eficode’s DevOps expertise with NVIDIA’s capabilities, we can provide enterprises worldwide with a clear and actionable roadmap for GenAI adoption. I’m excited about the potential for 2025 to be the year of GenAI workflow automation and agents. Together, we have the unique power to guide our customers through this transformative journey!
