Internal Academy

We offer in-house training for our employees through our internal Eficode Academy - the curriculum includes workshops on various topics, with a mentoring program, webinars, and more. Internal courses touch on technical topics, along with soft skills development and wellbeing topics.

Unicorn Stable

At Eficode, if you have a project idea that you’d like to present in a safe and welcoming environment, you can pitch it in Unicorn Stable - our monthly internal innovation session held by Eficode CTO, where any employee can participate and get the needed resources to bring their innovation to life.
