Challenge
Flashnode is one of Finland's most promising startups. They wanted to improve their product development activities in order to become more transparent. To do so, they needed better tools for documentation and code, document management, and portfolio management. In addition, they wanted to set up a service desk to better serve and help clients.
Solution
After identifying the needs using workshops and interviews, Contribyte (now part of Eficode) decided to recommend Atlassian’s products to Flashnode, including: Atlassian Jira and Confluence. This product package contained all the features required by Flashnode in a cost effective, easily scalable package. Contribyte also helped them optimize their working habits to suit Atlassian products.
