We have a long and proud history of sharing our knowledge and working together with junior talents. We collaborate with schools to organize courses, development projects, and company visits. We also sponsor student organizations and participate in local career fairs.

If you’re a junior professional, one of the ways you can join Eficode is by applying to our Summer Traineeship program for students who study software, computer science, or similar fields. These internships roll out yearly in some of our cities (at least Helsinki, Tampere, and Łódź). The job ad is usually published in December or January, and the application period takes a couple of winter months. We’ll be waiting for your application!
