Jess is passionate about guiding teams and organizations through transformation, (like a shepherd, but for strategy and portfolios). Her core skills lie in change management, growing and evolving mindsets, and making complex challenges less daunting. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, whether it’s chasing her dog, hitting the gym, or looking for ways to sweat out the exciting chaos of organizational transformation.

Szilárd Széll is a DevOps and AI Transformation Lead, Test Coach, and SAFe 6.0 SPC at Eficode. He has a decade of experience with DevOps transformation, especially in the telco industry. He has also worked as an assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach in test automation and testing process improvement. Szilard is very involved in the testing community, and received the Tester of the Year in Finland award in 2024. He runs the Finnish Testing Meetup Group with his friends. He is also active in International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) as the Product Owner of the Quality in DevOps Syllabus,. For many years, Szilard has been working on and supporting conferences like HUSTEF, UCAAT, EuroSTAR.

She works with customers to simplify complex ways of working, improve knowledge discovery, and design Atlassian solutions that fit how teams actually operate. Her expertise helps organizations adopt AI with confidence while strengthening governance, productivity, and teamwork across the Atlassian ecosystem.

Mathias works at the intersection of developer platforms, AI-enabled software delivery, and modern software engineering. He is passionate about improving developer productivity and modernizing development practices using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Azure. As a long-standing Microsoft MVP, he brings technical depth, commercial product thinking, and a strong voice as a thought leader in the community.

Serop specializes in getting AI agents into production where the stakes are high: regulated industries, complex toolchains, organizations under real governance pressure. He works closely with engineering teams on the ground, building the agents that become the proof of concept for a wider programme.
