    An accessible online service responds to the needs of diverse users and offers its content in an easily approachable form, regardless of the individual characteristics of users. The Act on the Provision of Digital Services obliges operators in different sectors to offer accessible online services and mobile applications.

    Accessibility requirements should be taken into account in good time and at the correct stages of service development, from procurement and definition to implementation.

    Our accessibility evaluation is based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA, conformance with which improves website accessibility and is included in the requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. We can also draw up an accessibility statement for your service when necessary.
