To ensure the right disaster recovery and backup restoration measures are in place, we assess the work required on a case-by-case basis, so you pay for the service you need.

For Atlassian Cloud backups, we use the backup APIs provided by Atlassian Cloud. The scope of the backups is limited by the APIs and, for example, plugins and plugin data may not be included in the backups.
