Briefly describe how you work with Eficode?
The company I work for: e-nettet. We work with Eficode in a lot of different areas of our organization. What's a lot? Maybe two or three different main areas at the moment. We work with them sometimes on an ad hoc basis, and sometimes more on a lengthy contractual basis, where we have, for example, maybe a DevOps engineer who's helping us in that discipline.

Why did you choose to work with Eficode?

Well, for the most part, I don't think any company has all the competencies needed to do the job today, with all the software changes, technology changes. We need to take people that are experts in that in-house. Could be for a limited time, could be for a short project, and help us outfit the people who are going to later own these projects with the knowledge they need.

What’s it like working with Eficode?

I think it's very easy. Calls every now and then from Eficode: 'Hey, just checking in, wanted to see how things are going.' Check my mood, for one, and also check to see how things are going at the organization itself. Eficode is extremely responsive. If I have a question and I don't know exactly who to ask at Eficode, it's only a day — a business day — before I start to get some movement on the answers I need.

What makes Eficode unique?

I feel Eficode's presence. What is this old term from two decades ago? G-local. Be global, but local. They know Denmark really well, even though they're a globally based company. So, I feel like they have the right people on the ground in Denmark to know the problems we deal with on a day-to-day basis. Our company itself is very Denmark-centric. So, having a partner — a consulting partner — that knows the real problems Denmark faces with digitalization is a real big time saver.
